These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of StallionSite Commerce, a hosted software service that helps businesses create and manage branded online storefronts. StallionSite is the service name used by the independent operator of the service from Jeita, Street 9, Lebanon.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using Commerce, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. The Commerce service
Commerce provides tools for creating a branded storefront, managing products and categories, receiving and managing orders, configuring delivery or pickup options, and using related features made available from time to time. Features may vary by plan and may be changed, improved or discontinued as the service develops.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring that people using your account follow these Terms.
4. Trials and subscriptions
Commerce currently offers a three-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. Subscription terms may be available for one, three, six or twelve months, as shown at the time of purchase.
Where automatic renewal is offered and selected at checkout, the subscription renews for the applicable term until cancelled. Prices, taxes and renewal details are shown before payment.
5. Payments and Paddle
We may offer payment by manual transfer or through Paddle. Paddle may act as the merchant of record for transactions processed through its checkout. For Paddle transactions, Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy also apply, including any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term and prevents future renewal charges. Refunds are handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy and, for Paddle transactions, Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Your store and content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including your logo, product information, images and branding. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide Commerce. You are responsible for having the rights to use the content and for the products, prices, claims and customer-facing information published through your store.
8. Merchant responsibilities
Commerce is software for operating your online presence. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, products, advertising, taxes, delivery, consumer relationships and customer data. Payments for products sold by you are between you and your customers unless a separate payment integration says otherwise. StallionSite does not become the seller of your products.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use Commerce to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, deceive customers, process unauthorised transactions, or sell products or services that are prohibited by applicable law or our payment partners’ policies.
10. Availability and suspension
We work to keep Commerce available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, non-payment, misuse or legal compliance. We will try to provide reasonable notice where practical.
11. Intellectual property
Commerce, its software, design, branding and documentation belong to StallionSite or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service during an active trial or subscription. They do not transfer ownership of the software.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Commerce is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, StallionSite is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost sales, loss of data caused by your actions, or issues arising from your products, customers, third-party services or payment providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service, law or payment arrangements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
